Common questions
What file format do you need?
Vector is best — AI, EPS, SVG or a PDF with outlined fonts. Raster works if it is at least 300 DPI at full print size: PNG with a transparent background, or a high-resolution JPG. If all you have is a screenshot, take the design help option and we will rebuild it properly.
What is the minimum order?
One piece. Bulk pricing starts at 12 units, but there is no minimum to place an order — single pieces are welcome and priced the same as the first tier.
How does the $20 design fee work?
It is a flat, one-time fee per order, not per piece. You send an idea, a reference, or a rough sketch, and our team builds a print-ready file and sends you a proof before anything runs.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Bulk pricing is based on total pieces, not per size. List your size breakdown in the notes field — for example 6 medium, 10 large, 8 XL — and the volume discount still applies to the full count.
Do you ship, or is it pickup only?
Both. Local Philadelphia pickup is free. Everything else ships ground with the rate calculated at checkout. Bulk orders over 100 pieces are quoted freight separately.
Can I order on Net 30?
Approved businesses can. Apply on the Net 30 page — once your account is open, print orders invoice straight to it with no card at checkout.
