What it is

A courtesy, not a credit product.

AMPM Advance Net 30 is a billing arrangement — not a loan, not a line of credit, not a financial product. It is extended by AMPM to long-term clients who have already proven they pay. There is no credit application, no personal guarantee, and no extra data collection.

Accounts are revolving. Your limit frees up as you pay down the balance, so the same $1,000 can cover job after job without a new approval each time.

Billing rules

Two rules. That's it.

Every invoice follows one of these two rules, decided by the type of work. Nothing is negotiated case by case, so there are no surprises on either side.

Rule 01

100% Net 30

The entire job amount goes on your Net 30 account. No upfront payment. Full amount due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Covers

  • Graphic design
  • Setup fees
  • Advertising
  • Marketing
  • Promotion
  • Management retainers
  • Standard print jobs
Rule 02

50% Deposit + 50% Net 30

You pay half up front before work begins. The remaining half is added to your Net 30 account and is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Covers

  • Custom websites
  • Website setups
  • Apparel printing

These categories carry hard material and third-party costs up front, which is why they are split.

On late payments: balances not paid within 30 calendar days accrue 1.5% per month, compounded monthly, on the outstanding amount. Accounts in arrears are paused for new work until the balance clears. Pay on time and the arrangement costs you nothing.

Account questions

Is this a loan or a credit line?

No. It is a billing arrangement between AMPM and an existing client. There is no lender, no financing agreement and no credit reporting involved. It is simply an agreement to invoice you instead of collecting payment at the time of the order.

Do you run my credit?

No. There is no credit application, no personal guarantee and no additional data collection. Eligibility is based on your history working with AMPM, not a score.

How do I get an account?

Accounts are invitation only and are extended to long-term, dependable clients. If you work with AMPM regularly and want to be considered, send a request below and we will review your account history.

Can my limit go above $1,000?

Every account starts at $1,000. Limits are reviewed as your payment history builds — consistent on-time payment is the only path to a higher limit.

What happens if I need work started before I pay the last invoice?

As long as the new job fits inside your available limit and your account is current, work proceeds. If it would push you past your limit, we either collect a partial payment or split the job.

Do I still sign anything?

Yes. Every job needs a signed proposal or work order before work begins, whether it is billed to Net 30 or paid up front. That document is what defines scope and price.

The flow

How a job runs on terms.

  1. Proposal

We scope the work and send a proposal or work order with the price and the billing rule that applies.

  2. Signature

You sign it. If the job falls under Rule 02, the 50% deposit is collected at this point.

  3. Work begins

Production runs on the normal timeline — 5–7 business days for standard print jobs.

  4. Invoice

The Net 30 portion posts to your account. The 30-day clock starts on the invoice date.

  5. Payment

Pay in full within 30 days by card, ACH or check. Your available limit restores immediately.
